We’re excited to offer this 4 part series with MT Core Physio and Spring Integrative Health.


Workshop Details


Workshop will be on the following Thursdays: March 5th, March 26th, April 9th and April 23rd

🔍 What You’ll Learn & Experience


Session 1: Introduction to Pelvic Health

Understanding the deep core and pelvic floor across your lifespan

• How the diaphragm, pelvic floor, and core work together and how fitness and physical therapy work together long term.

• How pelvic health changes through pregnancy, menopause, and aging. Common symptoms, red flags, and when pelvic PT can help


Session 2: Prenatal & Postpartum Health

Supporting the body before, during, and after pregnancy

• Strength training and movement guidelines during pregnancy

• Postpartum recovery and return-to-movement considerations

• Nutrition foundations for energy, recovery, and healing


Session 3: Peri-Menopause, Menopause & Post Menopause

Hormonal transitions and proactive care

• Understanding hormonal changes and common symptoms

• HRT and supplementation education (high-level overview)

• Nutrition and strength strategies to support long-term health


Session 4: Tying it All Together

Learn long term self-care routines, nutrition and building sustainable movement that adapt across all stages of life. Learn how to prioritize strength, consistency, and realistic habits to support long-term health and resilience. Participants will leave with a simple framework for identifying their next best steps.

👤 About the Instructors


Dr. Alisun Bonville (Dr. Ali) is a licensed Naturopathic Physician and the found of Spring Integrative Health, a thriving medical clinic serving the Bozeman community since 2012. She has been a practicing physician for 17 years, hold advanced board certifications in naturopathic endocrinology and functional medicine and has built her life’s work around a deep passion for naturopathic and functional medicine. Healing systems that honor the whole person, seek the root cause of imbalance and place the patient’s experience and empowerment at the center of care. Dr. Ali specializes in helping women restore hormonal vibrancy and balance especially through challenging transitions such as PCOS, PMDD, perimenopause and menopause. Her therapeutic approach includes nutrition, lifestyle design, targeted nutraceuticals, botanical medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy to harmonize thyroid, adrenal and ovarian health.


Montana Core Physio is a specialized clinic focusing on core and pelvic rehabilitation. Morgan York-Singer, PT, DPT, PRPC co-owner and pelvic PT, Megan Phillips PT, DPT, PRPC co-owner and pelvic PT, Kelley Koontz, PT, DPT, PRPC pelvic PT and Emma Garre, PT DPT, pelvic PT collectively have three decades of experience treating this area of expertise. Their comprehensive approach to caring for the unique human body includes hands-on manual therapy, focused strength, breath and mobility training and instruction in effective home exercises. They are trained in the use of real-time ultrasound imaging to give clients an improved visual of their inner core muscles coordinating and working in action. Their goal is to help their clients feel and move the best they can from head to toe, while deepening their connection to their pelvic floor and core.


Coach Grace & Coach Kayla you know us as your friendly neighborhood gym trainers. Our passion is health, education and empowerment and we are so excited to offer our expertise and experience on a topic that is near and dear to our hearts.


Grace Downer-Overbeeke owner and founder of Peak Fitness and Motion, Grace has been coaching clients since 2013. Passionate about making fitness and movement accessible to all ages and stages, she believes that movement is medicine for the mind, body, and soul.


With a personal history of injury, surgery, and rehabilitation, Grace understands the transformative power of intentional movement. Her athletic background spans ultramarathons, obstacle course racing, bodybuilding, and competing as a nationally ranked powerlifter. She holds certifications from ACSM, NASM, and Precision Nutrition, and brings both expertise and empathy to every client she coaches.


Kayle Van Nuland has been working as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist since 2014. She is in her final semester of the MSU Dietetics program, and has been accepted into the graduate program to finish her masters in dietics.


She specializes in "functional-meets-strength" training, with emphasis on safe and effective movement aimed to teach you how to lift weights, improve overall athleticism, and keep your spine and joints happy. She is passionate about education for each phase of life on how to best fuel your body for health, performance and healing.

 

She prides herself on being an evidence-based, empathetic coach who isn't afraid to tell you the no-BS way to get to your goals.
