In 2020 Grace Downer-Overbeeke took her passion for all things sports and movement-related and put it into action, establishing Peak Fitness and Motion to help others realize the strength they are capable of developing.
Five years later Peak has established itself as a premiere strength and performance gym, and has achieved wide recognition in the Gallatin Valley for Grace’s ability to develop individualized training and nutrition programs in service of her clients' fitness goals.
Grace holds certifications from the American Counsel on Sports Medicine, Precision Nutrition, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and has been training with clients since 2013.

Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist
Kayla Van Nuland has been working as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist since 2014.
She specializes in "functional" meets strength training, with emphasis on safe and effective movement aimed to teach you how to lift weights, improve overall athleticism, and keep your spine and joints happy.
Kayla prides herself on being an evidence-based, empathetic coach who isn't afraid to tell you the no BS way to get to your goals.
Certifications include ACE Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Behavioral Change Specialist, and Certified Perinatal Exercise Instructor

Programming is offered in 2,4 and 6-week blocks. These are delivered to your email in an easy to use format that you can take to the gym or homewith you.
can I get a program to do on my own?
Not at all! Teaching the foundations of fitness and proper movement is the most fun there is, and helping find what fits your goals, likes and lifestyle is a key part of programming at Peak Fitnessand Motion.
do I have to be fit already to work with you?
Before any finances trade hands we will meet up via phone, zoom, or in person and will talk over your goals and lifestyle to see if we are a good fit for each other!
In my opinion, there is no use forcing a fit and I am always happy to refer to other providers in the area. My consultation generally includes a general health questionnaire and an initialmovement screening.
how do I know if I’ll like working out with you?
Sessions typically take place locally in a private studio located in Four Corners, MT. In-home sessions are also available as needed depending on availability.
All virtual sessions occur over Zoom.

This full-body training session blends strength training with high-energy conditioning to help you build muscle, improve cardiovascular health, and move better in everyday life. Each 60-minute class includes a combination of lifting, mobility work, and conditioning finishers designed to challenge and support all fitness levels.
Programming runs in 6-week cycles and is tailored to the season we're heading into—whether you're preparing for hiking trails, hunting season, or the ski hill, this class helps you stay strong and capable year-round.
All movements are scalable for beginners, and modifications are always available. Whether you're new to strength training or looking to level up your performance, this class meets you where you are and keeps you progressing.
Strength & Conditioning
More Motion is designed to unlock your hips, spine, and shoulders using active mobility exercises that improve the way you move, breathe, and feel. Improving strength through mobility, this class is meant to prevent injury, increase your gains through better ranges of motion, boost blood and lymph circulation, support your pelvic floor, and increase your function throughout all movements of life.
This class pairs well and blends with any training cycle, whether you take our other classes, or crush your own workouts in the gym, this is a perfect add to round out your routine.
