Grace
downer-Overbeeke
Owner/Founder/Head Coach
The owner and founder of Peak Fitness and Motion, Grace built the gym in 2020 out of a clear intention: to create the kind of training environment she wished existed when she first began searching for strength, structure, and community as a young woman in sport.
Grace is a nationally ranked competitive powerlifter with a background that spans multiple disciplines, including endurance trail running and competitive bodybuilding. Her training philosophy has been shaped not only through performance and competition, but through years of hands-on coaching experience dating back to 2013, working closely with a wide range of clients across different stages of life and ability.
Her path has also been defined by resilience. After undergoing four knee surgeries and a hip surgery between the ages of 17 and 24, Grace spent extensive time working within physical therapy clinics, learning directly from practitioners and experiencing the rehabilitation process from the inside out. That experience deeply informs her approach today, especially her focus on bridging the gap between injury recovery and confident return to foundational strength training.
At Peak Fitness and Motion, Grace provides in-person and remote coaching, along with individualized nutrition coaching. Her work centers on helping people build strength that is both sustainable and personal, meeting them where they are and guiding them forward with clarity, structure, and care.
Peak Fitness and Motion has grown into a trusted strength and performance gym known for thoughtful coaching, individualized programming, and a strong sense of community in the Gallatin Valley.

Lindsey Kocka
RYT-800 Yoga Teacher
Lindsay Kocka is a movement coach with over 15 years of experience teaching across both yoga and gym environments, with a focus on helping people move well, recover effectively, and stay active for the long haul.
With over 800 hours of advanced yoga training, her approach uses evidence-based practice to support strength training and active lifestyles—building mobility, improving tissue quality, and enhancing recovery.
Her work integrates yoga, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and self-myofascial release to support joint and soft tissue health, range of motion, nervous system regulation, and overall performance. She's worked extensively with competitive athletes and active individuals, as well as those engaged in outdoor pursuits or who simply want to move better in their day to day lives.
Lindsay's also a MovNat coach, PPSC functional kettlebell trainer (FKT), and the founder of a Bozeman based women’s fly fishing school. She spends much of her time teaching and exploring outside, and her work is driven by a simple goal: to help people build resilient, capable bodies that allow them to fully participate in the activities and lifestyles they love.

questions?
got
Heck yeah!
Programming is offered in 2,4 and 6-week blocks. These are delivered to your email in an easy to use format that you can take to the gym or homewith you.
can I get a program to do on my own?
Not at all! Teaching the foundations of fitness and proper movement is the most fun there is, and helping find what fits your goals, likes and lifestyle is a key part of programming at Peak Fitnessand Motion.
do I have to be fit already to work with you?
Before any finances trade hands we will meet up via phone, zoom, or in person and will talk over your goals and lifestyle to see if we are a good fit for each other!
In my opinion, there is no use forcing a fit and I am always happy to refer to other providers in the area. My consultation generally includes a general health questionnaire and an initialmovement screening.
how do I know if I’ll like working out with you?
Sessions typically take place locally in a private studio located in Four Corners, MT. In-home sessions are also available as needed depending on availability.
All virtual sessions occur over Zoom.

Bro-Fest
Every Saturday from 8am-9am. Free to members. Simply a men's-only workout hour. Come lift heavy, listen to good tunes, and build community.
This is NOT a class, while a coach is present and will provide feedback and technical guidance on your lifts, as well as ensure that everyone is working hard, the nature is more casual.
Not a member? No worries, drop-ins are welcome! Building community, support, network, and relationships as you move through your fitness journey is important. It adds fuel to the fire, it adds accountability, and it makes it FUN!
